Hiru Ama Pet Nat

Ama pét-nat tea is a new fine-aged low alcohol (2.5%) drink made with water from the Izarraitz Massif in the Basque Country, Spain and carefully selected varieties of tea and herbal infusions. Hiru combines two Malawi-grown varieties to intensify its depth of flavor. 

Tasting Notes:

• Color: Intense golden hue
• Aroma: Notes of dates, tropical fruits like papaya, and dried herbs
• Palate: Fine effervescence with a clean, crisp finish

Production Highlights:

• Farmer: Small-scale production, using traditional steamed green tea and white peony
• Pairings: Perfect with salads (especially ripe tomatoes), seafood, and even bacon
• Production: Micro-batch brewing, yielding approximately 280 bottles per fermentation
