Naveran Brut Vintage Cava

Naveran Brut Vintage is an organic Cava from Alt Penedés, crafted to showcase the purity and bright flavor character of its three indigenous grape varieties. Xarel-lo adds body, Macabeo provides aromatic intensity, and Parellada contributes refreshing acidity.

A dry and elegant Cava. Very pale, brilliant yellow with a steady stream of bubbles forming a delicate crown. Pleasant initial aromas with fine, light notes alongside secondary hints from bottle aging, featuring fruits and floral nuances. 

Tasting Notes

• Aromas: Meyer lemon, melon, and a smoky mineral topnote 
  
• Palate: Exquisitely creamy yet dry and fresh, with well-balanced acidity; flavors of ripe citrus and orchard fruits complemented by a spicy edge of ginger
• Finish: Smooth, sappy, and persistent, with a touch of toastiness and an agreeable aftertaste
