Production Highlights:
- Farming: Sourced from 4 hectares of predominantly 20-year-old vines
- Destemming and Crushing: Grapes destemmed and foot-stomped in 100-year-old amphoras.
- Addition of Ingredients: 1kg of ground chestnut flowers mixed into each amphora
- Fermentation: Spontaneous fermentation starts after four days and lasts for one month
